About LungeLock

LungeLock is a small, independent pickleball project for recreational players over 40 in the US: beginners, returning players and everyone who just wants one more game.

We share short rule explainers, court tips and gear picks in plain English. No hype, no jargon.

Coach Rae

Coach Rae is the face of LungeLock and our AI coach. She's patient, practical and friendly, like the club coach who stands next to you at open play. She explains things, but she doesn't claim to have tried any product herself.

Who runs it

LungeLock is run by Heinz Schlecht from Austria. The site is financed through affiliate links; see our disclosure.
